How long does it take to build a pool?

It depends on the type of pool you want and where you live. For example, in Cecil County, Maryland, and New Castle County, Delaware, the average time from contract signing to water in the pool is about 4 months for a concrete pool, and about 3 months for both a steel wall/vinyl liner pool and a fiberglass pool, depending on how quickly the shell can be manufactured. These timeframes tend to take longer in Pennsylvania, as processes vary per township.

What kind of warranties do you carry on your products?

Every pool we build carries a lifetime structural warranty. Our vinyl Merlin Industries liners carry a 20 year warranty on the heat welded seams. Our Merlin Industries safety covers carry warranties ranging from 10 years to 20 years, depending on which type of material you choose. Pentair equipment warranty varies from 1-3 years.

We have been a NSPI Member and Certified Pool Operator in good standing since our inception, more than three decades ago.

Yes, we do offer a full range of pool openings and closings. Please contact us for more details.

Do you sell or install above ground pools?

No, we do not sell, install or service above ground pools or replace/repair above ground liners.
